What's Changed

In this last release, we've made several improvements to CiviForm's reliability by creating a more dependable health check, increasing caching and async code, and reducing the number of guest accounts created. Additionally, we made progress on "Under Development" features, like external program cards, theming, and program import options. We also made many dependency upgrades and removed a couple of feature flags.
