Listserv and website
Based off the conversations I had, it seemed like the biggest needs were 1) a way to collaborate through email and 2) a way to aggregate various information.
With Carollina's help, I’ve started playing with some tools to try to meet those needs. This is every much a work in progress, definitely in need of your co-creation. Please share any and all feedback and let me know what would work well for you.
I’ve create a Google Group listserv (civics...@googlegroups.com) and a website, http://civicstudies.org/, which aggregates blog posts and emails to the group. I’ve added you all as owners to the listserv. Email and edit away! (Or remove yourself...)
Please also let me know if you have a blog you'd like me to include in the blog aggregation.
Based off conversations I had on Saturday with previous Summer Institute alumni as well as a few others at the conference, I think it would make sense to make this group focus on alumni of the Institute, but to invite participation from all conference attendees.
