Brainstorming Session on Cycling in YYC

Let's get together and come up with a list of Q&A's on cycling. The
aim is to organize and centralize information in order to educate one
another - so that everyone be knowledgeable on cycling issues. The
City Cycling Strategy's public review period is coming up soon and the
budget consultation process is already going on.
