Make sure you sign up for an application token, since you'll receive
higher throttling limits in return for registering your app (http://
dev.socrata.com/authentication). If you start hitting throttling
limits today, let me know, and I'll bump up the throttling limits for
our IP.

OpenBaltimore site or about the Socrata platform, and I'll make sure
it gets to the right people.
