Switch to CALB cells

Hi All,
Am posting to the EV Discussion List as well... My plan is definitely to switch to CALB as this pack dies. 3 packs in 25K miles; not impressive. Eager to move from PbA batts.
My questions are:
-Rear rack is polypropylene; front is exposed to air. Given a high temp swing (32F winter/100F summers) will this be an issue?
-I'm hearing 3.6V/cell. That would be a finish voltage of 162, correct?
-Do CALBs expand over their lifetime like floodies do?
-Any equalizing process that I need to be aware of?
