What do you mean by "community partner?"

One group (not sure if this fits what you're looking for) that might be really interesting would be Voice of SD (digital investigative journalism outfit). They're doing really interesting work and depending on the partnership you're after, they could be great.

The executive editor is Sara Libby (@saralibby) -- I'd be happy to put you in touch!

Try Jed Sundwell, Measured Voice (from Code for America Accelerator) who is in San Diego and helps out on their Opengov
