URI pattern doc

I can't find any exhaustive documentation on URI patterns. I can see the examples, but It would be nice to know the exact format.

There is some documentation in the "UserManual"

Unfortunately, the pattern definition is legacy from before CivetWeb was forked from MIT Mongoose - changing it is an incompatibility.
But not changing it causes several issues as well:
