Query on TLS version

I want to know the TLS version supported by CivetWeb.... How to get this information??

Though we make one of the parameter "ssl_protocol_version", "5" (to supportTLS1.3 ) for the function mg_start(), the supported version actually depends on the OpenSSL/wolfSSL static library included with CivetWeb library at the time of compilation.

How to read this TLS version information?? what is currently supported??
