Issue Hierarchy

Is there any type of system that we can use to assign importance/rank to the issues on github? Also is there a way to consolidate the issues into one spot so it is easier to see the issues?

I don't know if any of these things are possible but it sure would be nice for those of us who are not members of the civcraft organization and cant see the issues in one spot

We could add tags to indicate priority.

Alternatively, maintainers can edit issues to indicate priority within the title of the issue.

The latter might be the simplest.
