How do you make the keyboard go away after submitting a form in CiUI?

there really isn't a way to control keyboard (dis)appearance via JS.
however, when you do a form submit that should dismiss the keyboard.
hitting "Go" or "Submit" button on the keyboard will not dismiss it.
