Is there something special you need to do to get a link to another
web site to work? I don't think I am doing anything unusual here, I
just have regular old link within the iphone_body div, but outside the
<ul></ul> of links. There is no styling and no go_forward or go_back
on the link. It looks like this:

<div id="iphone_body" style="clear:both;">
<a href="http://www.google.com">Google</a>
</div>

I don't have anyting else (yet) on the page. The link just doesn't do
anything.

Is there something I need to do?

Thanks
Chris V.

there isn't anything special, it should just work. you can see an
example on http://iphone.cnet.com. the versiontracker link, for
example, is an external one and works fine. maybe you have some other
markup/js errors that are causing your link to fail.

I figured it out. I must have been using an old version of CiUI. The
last addEventListener had a preventDefault() that was always being
executed. I downloaded the latest version, and the preventDefault() is
no longer there.

Everything works fine, now.

Thanks for the quick reply (and the excellent library!).
