Body with images gets cut off

I have a problem where CiUI doesn't properly make the entire body
content fit when there are images without specified height. It seems
that the adjustBodyToEl function runs too early, before images are
loaded and the page is done. I'v etried various experiments with
setTiemout and other things to no avail so far.

Any suggestions for workarounds?
