See Vanni's email below. He is looking for captains for summer league. Good way to rep our program and give back to the community. Also good leadership practice, and it lets you control your team roster.

P.S. full disclosure, i do not plan to captain, for a handful of reasons. But i did last year and it was fun. I will again in the future.

One last reminder that I still haven't heard from a ton of you, and registration (should) be opening in the next week or so (cross your fingers). If you haven't told me specifically in an email, I probably don't know you want to captain. And believe me, we need more. So tell your friends too!

I know, it's way too early, but I figure a decent amount of people should have a good idea of their plans and the earlier you think about it, the earlier I can rest easy.

You're getting this email because you captained at least one of the last two years of FPSL. If you know for sure you would like to or would not like to captain again this summer, please let me know. If you have no idea, feel free to let me know also. I apologize if you're out of the area, this should be the last email you get from me to the mass audience.

I can provide the following dates we think we know so far, subject to change:

Draft: Wednesday, April 29

Saturday Games: Saturday, June 27

Finals Weekend: August 15-16
