and internet services to CityView. SollNet customers wishing to

On Monday, September 12, Remtek Services will begin repairs to the
roof of the South Tower ("Cityview II"). The project includes removal
and replacement of damaged areas of polyurethane foam, and application
of a silicone rubber membrane. The project is expected to be completed

The Logan Square Neighborhood Association is hosting a Block Party on
Sunday, Sept 18, from 4-8 p.m., at 22nd and Spring streets. Attendees

In May, Cityview converted the garage lighting system from metal
halide to LED (light emitting diode) technology. The "retrofit"
project, performed by e‐Luminate, cost about $51,000. Since
conversion, daily kilowatt hour usage has decreased from 789 kwh to
153 Kwh. Management anticipates savings of up to $24,000 per year, due
in part to PECO rebates.
