SPECIAL EVENTS & ANNOUNCEMENTS

The meters for the North Tower's new electric sub-metering system will
be installed on Thursday, September 16, and Friday, September 17,
2010. The meters will be installed in electrical closets located
within the laundry rooms of each floor. The installation will result
in a disruption of electric service of about 5 minutes per unit.
Installations will occur each day from about 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. A six-
month trial period of the new system will begin in or about October

be able monitor their individual usage, while continuing to pay for
electricity through association fees. Individual billing will begin
following the trial period. For more information, please contact
