Hello again,

I still want to make sure that the voter-approved Vibrant Denver 8th Ave Viaduct project is included in the Burnham Yard Small Area Plan & the plans for the future Denver Broncos' Stadium. I also want to confirm that the new viaduct will have better bike & pedestrian access.

I've taken the survey, but someone needs to make this connection a priority in the plans. I'm concerned that I don't see any safe connection on the Broncos Stadium: Large Development Review.

Thank you in advance for your help!

Respectfully,
Bryan Wilson

Still haven't heard back about the 8th Ave Viaduct & if that was simply left out of the plans or if it will ultimately be demolished with the new Bronco's Stadium.

We need to include some form of Bike & Pedestrian connection that is separated from cars.

Based on what I see on the plans, they're all going to be at the same level & now have to navigate an intersection.

I'm particularly concerned about the intersection to the South of the Stadium Site.

Could the stadium be shifted North to connect 9th Ave over the site?

Could possibly even directly connect pedestrians & bike commuters to the stadium with & include secure bike parking.

Who can best address these concerns?

Respectfully,
