Hi Bryan,

Evan and the Bike Parking Program will create a 311 record for you and investigate more. For any future maintenance requests, it’s ideal to submit items like these through 311 City Services for case management, review and coordination with CCD/DOTI partners.  It’s great to see businesses and new developments expanding bike parking options in Denver and their working to align with DOTI standards for secure parking use and ADA-pedestrian accessibility. We will update and provide the case record for your tracking when its available. Thank you.

Thank you for your response. Again, I disagree that a single security nut for the whole rack meets the standards. The diagram clearly points to a single anchor in the requirements, therefore applying to ALL the anchors. Here is the photo. I

Good morning Bryan –

Thank you for reaching out!

Do you have closer pictures of the highlighted nuts?  Since it’s not a high-resolution image, when I zoom in, it gets out of focus.

As a friendly reminder, if these racks have at least one (1) anti-theft bolt, they meet the minimum requirements from the City and County of Denver.

Thanks again for your communication and concerns!

Kindest regards,

Hello,  The bike racks installed at The Marlow Redevelopment lack adequate secure anchors on each side. I believe they all need to have security nuts added to both sides of the racks.  ‍ ‍ ‍ ‍ ‍ ‍ ‍ ‍ ‍ ‍ ‍ ‍ ‍ ‍ ‍ ‍ ‍ ‍ ‍ ‍ ‍ ‍ ‍ ‍ ‍ ‍ ‍ ‍ ‍ ‍ ‍ ‍ ‍ ‍ ‍ ‍ ‍ ‍ ‍ ‍ ‍ ‍ ‍ ‍ ‍ ‍ ‍ ‍ ‍ ‍ ‍ ‍ ‍ ‍ ‍
