Dear City of,

This week, CBS reportedly blocked Stephen Colbert from airing an interview with a Senate candidate — citing the FCC chairman's warning to enforce a rule with no recent precedent in late-night television.

The FCC's actions are raising serious First Amendment concerns.

As a senior member of the Energy and Commerce Committee, which oversees the FCC, I want to hear from you:

Should the FCC be able to dictate who appears on late-night TV?

By responding to this survey, you opt in to receiving newsletters, texts, and robocalls from my office.

Sincerely,
