Thank you for the update!

Could you please make sure they include information about the 8th Ave Viaduct Vibrant Denver Bond Project in their presentation?
There needs to be a planned connection for bike commuters & pedestrians to connect from the West side of the site to the Osage Station. This connection needs to keep pedestrians & riders separated from vehicle traffic, especially during games or other events.

Perhaps there is also a direct connection to the5280trail.com utilizing the 9th Ave Neighborhood Bikeway, which would also create a direct route to the Cherry Creek Trail.

Thank you in advance for your help!

Respectfully,
Bryan Wilson

As part of the large development review process (LDR), the Denver Broncos will be hosting a community information meeting to share information with residents and stakeholders about their proposed redevelopment of the Burnham Yard site. City planners will be in attendance to explain the city's role in large development review and to answer questions about the Burnham Yard Small Area Plan, which is intended to provide policy guidance on the redevelopment of the site and for surrounding neighborhoods.

Next steps for Burnham Yard Small Area Plan

City staff are continuing to review feedback collected in the first phase of community engagement and developing potential alternatives for public review. More information will be shared on this page following the LDR community information meeting on how community members can continue to participate in the planning process. Another community event focused on the small area plan will be scheduled for sometime in March.

Hello again,

I just wanted to make sure that the questions below got answered today.

This is going to greatly impact the residents in the area with the Denver Housing Authority & anyone West of the site trying to reach Osage Station on a daily basis.

I also attempted to share the event locally.
