We’re following up with a reminder on Denver’s Sidewalk Program’s promotional toolkit to ensure you have the latest information on what Denver is up to, so you share with your networks.  

 

The toolkit linked below now includes Spanish graphics for distribution on social media and a PDF version of Denver’s Sidewalk Program’s most recent newsletter. Resources on our stamp contest and the next phase of Sidewalk Implementation Plan, including a survey and registration link for the July 8 webinar remain the same.

Below is a snapshot of what’s happening this summer: 

Sidewalk Stamp Contest 

DOTI is inviting residents to leave their mark on the city through a new Sidewalk Stamp Contest, an opportunity to design a stamp that will be embedded in sidewalks across Denver. The winning design will become a lasting feature of the city’s public spaces and receive a $1,000 prize. Community members can apply by July 31 at bit.ly/stamp_contest or bit.ly/concurso_de_estampados. Find more information at denvergov.org/sidewalks. 

Phase 2 Outreach: Report, Survey and Zoom Webinar 

Learn more about how DOTI is exploring priorities, risks, and different ways to improve and expand Denver’s sidewalk network by reviewing the Charting the Path Forward report at bit.ly/ChartingThePathForward. Denverites can get involved by:  

• Survey: Taking our survey at bit.ly/SIPphase2survey by July 31. 
• Public webinar: Joining us Wednesday, July 8, 6 to 7 p.m. Register at bit.ly/SIPpublicwebinar. 
• In-person events: Visiting our webpage to find an in-person event near you to talk with the project team. 

 

We appreciate your continued partnership and help spreading the word about the stamp contest and opportunities for public input on scenarios for the Sidewalk Implementation Plan. Please distribute the toolkit materials on your own channels or share posts directly from DOTI feeds.
