I'm replying to an email that was sent despite no longer being part of RNO.

Also, the RNOs, aren't required to hold open elections. So, the idea of "deciding to represent them" is ironic since the members of the RNO don't even get to decide who represents them.

Please add this email to the list in place of my email address.

We use the filing list and email contacts that CPD maintains yearly. Those filed email contacts usually are the RNO leaders who can then determine who will represent them at our quarterly meetings from their groups.
