Good morning Bryan,
We do not have any updates on the exact recommendations for legislative changes, we are still analyzing the data to write our report. We sent the latest updates to our project in our newsletter earlier in December, I can make sure you are on that email list. The report will be presented to the public through the Budget and Policy committee at City Council.
Please let us know if you have any other questions.

Subject: [EXTERNAL] Re: Don't forget to renew your RNOAny updates on the RNO Reform from Councilmember Kashmann's Office?
Specifically, is there any talk of requiring open elections for the RNO Board of Directors & requiring information to be relayed to the community somehow?
In my opinion, some RNOs are intentionally keeping the same board of directors to retain control of the information coming out of the various City of Denver agencies. It then allows them to place the same people on the steering committees for projects impacting their boundary areas.
Thank you in advance.
Respectfully,
Bryan Wilson
