One of the hardest things the past couple weeks is focusing on the biz plan and things we need vs being out and about getting the word out and meeting new people new resources.

I decided to get my head out of the restaurant bible lol and attend an event. I made a few great connections to funding resources. In addition to that the manager (part owner?) Of great lakes coffee offered up his help with anything we need info wise. Add that to La Feria's owners, City Wings owner, Phil Cooley of course, Koji and all his experience and owner of Supinos has been super supportive.

All of this is happening so fast and I just want you guys to know that I truly appreciate you all and while I have my fears...im confident that we have the support to make this thing happen. Our work of getting Social Sushi's name out there has worked very well. So many people have not been able to attend but have heard great things....that or when im telling someone about it...there's always someone around to vouch for us.

Its truly a blessing and its comforting. Im excited about this journey with you all!!
