Room NEEDED!!! ASAP!!!!

Hi Everyone,

     My name is Josiah Hixon. I've been a City Light for a year now, WOO - accomplishing dreams, and the time has come that I must make the New York Pilgrimage to another apartment. My roommate is moving back to Cali at the end of the month which means that I need to have a new place to be living in by OCT. 1. I'm currently in school for Musical Theatre at NYU, WOO - accomplishing other dreams, and am working the days that I have available and open. My budget because of that, until I find a new job, is limited when it comes to what I'm looking for in terms of what I'm able to pay for rent.

     I am looking for a 1 single room that would be within the range of 550-650 (700 max). Hopefully not too far from manhattan, I'm open. I want to live with other people of faith because in this season that I am in right now I believe that it is completely important. Starting school, new apartment, new job - hopefully this month, so a LOT is changing, and having someone that is like minded and grounded that I can live with keeps me grounded as well. By doind so it also overtly strengthens the ground that you're standing on so that you build bigger and better things off of the sturdy ground. So if you, are anyone that you may know - who also know people, have anything available I would perfect to have! I mean come on - I cook, I'm a super neat freak when it comes to open forum areas, Im artistic, I'm 28 and down to earth, well rounded and grounded, love being in a home atmosphere, I love animals, and I'm optimistic and energetic too!! I'm not opposed to living with either gender because I'm in theatre and am super used to working around that and all that it entails. So yea I'm totally perfect for that available room!! LOL. It still amazes me that I haven't had a girl say that I'm the same thing for being her guy; but hey thats neither here no there right now. Haha!

     Long story short I know that God is orchestrating it, and already has a place ready for me, but I need to be searching and working in partnership with him to get it. This journey has been a really humbling one, but a great, growing, and strong one. I would love to grow with in that totally awesome room you may have, and please reach out to me if you know anyone that may have one if its not you.
