I'm looking to help my landlord find some great tenants for our place as we're moving out.

We live on the top floor of a brownstone in Bed-Stuy, BK. It's a 2 bedroom, 1 bath place with a large living-room kitchen area. The entire apartment has been renovated and has a park 2 blocks away. 

They are ideally looking for a married couple or a couple single ladies to fill the space.  People that are kind, clean, quiet, has stable income and doesn't come with any partying or drama. 

The landlords are a married couple with a 1 year old downstairs.

The apartment has subway options. It's closest to the G but, you can also walk to the A & C lines. Referrals from us will get a discount on the rent.
