Hello,
There are some misunderstandings that some people think car parking
slot which has individual no. on is matched with flat no.
This is not true because each car park has been sold with flat, but
randomly picked up slot no.
So please check with your parking slot with seller or estate agent
again before you complain to the other.

i spoke to crabtree on this matter and suggested that we are all given
a parking permit with the actual number put onto it that relates to
the painted white numbers in the car park , all we need to do then is
to display this in our car windows , for all to see that we are
parking correct in our alloted places , i have no feedback from them
on this other than were look into it this was months ago now , i paid
a lot of money for my space they seem very disrespectful to our
interests in matters

Hi Dazza,
I think that's good idea. I spoke to Crabtree also the other day, but
the problem is they dont know who has car park slot!
Also, if we show car park slot in public, someone may park empty
spaces more easily.
What I am doing now is I copied a part of my contract and display in
the car when I park to show the slot is actually belonging to me.
Maybe you should get the copy of contract to show your parking slot,
then give them warnings.
If they ignore, we have to no choice but to call clamping.

nothing surprises me anymore with crabtree, its a joke that fairview
havnt informed them of who owns what space in the car park , it seems
so logical and easy to sort out . if someone parks in my space ill
have no reservations about ringing aspire and get them clamped ,
really its down to the flat owner to know where theyre alloted space
is , i paid my solicitor to get carpark deeds and contracts from the
land registry . but something should be done about permits , because
for the 3 weeks when the shutters wouldnt close , we had people off
the styreet parking down their, i still think people who have no right
to be there are driving down there

I agree. Any kind of parking permit is also required to prevent non
residents are parking in the car park.
Crabtree needs to arrange regular patrol and check the permits and ask
them to leave as the service company.
Maybe this is another issue we should bring it to next resident
meeting.
I will also send another request to Crabtree in the mean time.
