Hashing function returns same integer for two different strings

I am using Hash64 to create an Integer using String input. When I use 83:0000f_1_1 or 83:0000f_1_2, I get the same Integer value 5088309645987422631 from this function. 
I am currently using 1.0.2 version of CityHash but I do not see any significant code changes in the latest version.

Why does the hashing function return the same value when fingerprint has been changed?
