Gross CTC*         1.8L PA + 50K assured bonus on successful completion of the program.
 
Criteria and conditions:-
·         It’s a contract profile for 18 months
·         MBA operations/SCM as a specialization or as a subject in their curriculum
·         1.8L would be the package. Take home would be close to 13,000.
·         50K would be additional after completing 18 months.
·         Initial training for 6-7 Months. Post which candidates are placed in Mumbai/Delhi/Kolkata according to their preferred locations. Accommodation would be provided by the company.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-
                FINANCIAL:
·          Effective Maintenance of the Inventory level to ensure smooth flow of operations.
·         Warehouse operating procedures
·         Transport Management: Ensure the quality & timely supply of materials to the Cafes in order to reduce the cost.
·         Make sure that the average inventory level at warehouse should not exceed more than 35 days.
·         Negotiations with vendors for price, Service, payment conditions
LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT:
 ·         Retention of manpower.
·         Appraise subordinates and performance management.
·         Team development and growth.
·         Supervise team with respect to material supply management.
·         Establish key performance metrics.
·         Addressing complaints & resolving problems.
 PROCESS INDICATORS AND CUSTOMER ORIENTATION:
·    Inward and Outward Procedures.
·         Identification of Multiple Vendors, Negotiation of the price.
·         Process of the Vendor dues on timely basis as per the credit period.
