Here is another way of sorting the possible needs teams could
address. Hopefully most of the work for an item in one category could
easily transfer to another in that category. I know this list should
go up on the wiki so others can expand it, but I don't have access
yet.

Community input, output to City
• Potholes/needed repairs
• Park bathroom status
• Tail light notifications
• Neighborhood Watch
• Obstructions to bikeways/pedestrians

Allow user input to maps for public reference
• (Fruit) Trees
• Water Fountains
• Walking/Cycling routes
• Bulky pickup finds
• Food security locator app
• Buy Local/Shopping
• Parking garage height clearances
• Events

Database input to maps (real time)
• Bus Arrival times http://hea.thebus.org/
• Delays due to traffic accidents, broken water mains, downed power
