Hi! So in an effort to get a little dialog going please introduce
yourself. Here's mine:

I'm Peter Corbett, CEO, iStrategyLabs and the co-creator of Digital
Capital Week among other things. I'll be facilitating CityCampDC - I
love creating unconferences and bringing passionate people together to
engage in civic innovation.

I think this camp has the potential to lead to significant change in
DC and I hope you'll bring a lot of energy, ideas and effort to the
table with your fellow CityCampers.

You can find me on twitter here: http://twitter.com/corbett3000 and
I'll be on this group throughout.

Hi All

My name is Daphna Kalman and I am the ceo of Mashed Pixel. quick res -
i have been a graphic designer (or ux/ui or some other new acronym for
design) for over 10 years and been getting into the entrepreneurial
side of things over the last year.

although i originally hail from ny, i now have lived in the dc-area as
long as i lived there, so i guess you could say i love this town. i
actually live in a part of town i would have probably gotten mugged in
15 years ago, so i can say in all honesty, that i have seen dc go
through some amazing changes (including, thankfully, the food!)

I am excited to be part of CityCamp DC and look forward to all the
great ideas and projects that will come out of it (and digital week on
the whole). i think i will start grilling/asking nicely people i meet
about what changes they would like to see in the city... :)

later!

I will introduce myself.

My name is Corey Ponder, and I am PR/Outreach Co-Chair for a new and
dynamic organization in the DMV called Capital Cause. You can read
our full who we are at the following link, (http://
www.capitalcause.com/who-we-are.php) but basically our goal is to
engage and inspire young professionals in the area to give and be
philanthropic through a series of creatively-themed programs and
events.

I am excited to attend this collection of like-minded organizers in
the area in the hopes that we can forge bonds and make connections for
future collaborations and so I can talk to everyone about
opportunities as nonprofits to participate and receive publicity at
some of our upcoming events!

You can contact me at p...@capitalcause.com. For More information,
contact in...@capitalcause.com.

We are also on Twitter: @capital_cause

Hi all!

My name is Alex Priest and I am a senior undergraduate student at American University in marketing and communications. I've been privileged to get to know some fantastic people involved in innovative civic work here in DC and I'm looking forward to playing a larger role in this space as I finish up college and move into the "real world."

I've got a passion for social media, technology, politics, and DC, and I'm hoping I can throw my passions into the ring to contribute as much as I can during CityCampDC.

Feel free to connect with me on Twitter (@alexpriest) or reach me through any of the other links below. Looking forward to meet you all!

Best,
Alex
