Hello all,
I think it's time to make the final decision so we can start
announcing and inviting people.
We all agreed on Amendment 21 as the place. Have we communicated with
them, and made it official?

Basically, details are needed:
- place
- time
- duration
- age restrictions, if any

Yes, I have talked to Nate and let him know that we have decided to
use A21 as our location.
I have not however sat down with him as of yet to hammer out details.

What about the part that we can discuss and figure out as a group,
such as what we are going to do at the Mo Ball.

Mo Ball Details known thus far:
- place: Amendment 21
- time: 7pm
- duration: till it ends

What kind of contests would we like to see.
Have we talked with anyone about doing prize donations for raffle? If
we only have a free pizza and bar tab on the list, I doubt we will get
much in the way of raffle purchases.

A dj could be cool. What about a band? Live music always seems to draw
a crowd.
