Planning Board Meeting 4/28/21

The Red Lodge Planning Board and Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing on the following project proposed in the Red Lodge C-2 (Commercial Mixed-Use - Zoning District.  The hearing is scheduled for 5:30 P.M., in the City Council Chambers, on Wednesday, April 28 2021.   

 

1. Micah is proposing to construct a duplex home in a Commercial Zoning District.   The subject property is a portion of the C-2. As provided by the 2016 Red Lodge Zoning Regulations, new development within Commercial Zoning Districts is subject to Planning Board review. 
   
    
   
   The subject property may be described as Section 27, Township 07 S, Range 20 E, Track 8, Block 85 in Carbon County, Montana.   
   
    
   
   A copy of the applications and related materials for the Conditional Use Permit and Design Review requests are available for public review at Red Lodge City Hall during regular business hours.  Questions may be directed to the Planning Office at 446-1606 Ext. 117 or jcan...@cityofredlodge.com. Public comment is encouraged.
