Hello Green Mountain View’ers,

We wanted to notify you about the next Council Environmental Sustainability Committee meeting.

Date & Time:     Monday, April 11, 2011, 4:30-6pm
Venue:              Plaza Conference Room at City Hall, 2nd Floor, 500 Castro Street

We apologize that the meeting isn’t later in the day, but it was very difficult to schedule it.

I don’t have the official agenda document yet, but the one agenda item will be the following:

----------

5.1: ENVIRONMENTAL SUSTAINABILITY ACTION PLAN UPDATE

The Committee will be provided with an update on the status of the 25 initiatives comprising the City’s Environmental Sustainability Action Plan (ESAP). Staff seeks Committee direction regarding future environmental sustainability-related priorities.

----------

This will be an opportunity for you to give input to the committee about what actions should comprise our next version of the Environmental Sustainability Action Plan. If you cannot attend the meeting you may email the committee members directly with your comments.

Note: the make-up of the committee has changed slightly: Ronit Bryant (Chair), Laura Macias and Jac Siegel

As soon as the official agenda, staff report, and minutes are ready (by this Thursday at the latest) they’ll be posted to the City’s sustainability web site, here:

Thanks, and we hope to see you at the meeting!

Steve
