Scary Neighbor is my primary villain on Freedom. A Tech Dominator, He
is the sole survior of the Crey Lager Light taste test whos wife left
after he lost his job at Crey..as a janitor. He is the Yin to Marvels
yang and i wont discuss his origin fully here only in game ya have to
play a vil on free to find out. Just stay out of his yard kids i think
he's drinking ..again :) Dont peek into the garage when the green
light is on and avoid the garden gnome. Please I advise you to keep
your bikes of his darn lawn.
