Essential Functions:
Financial Analysis Advisor-
Mandatory Skills
Ø FP&A –(not just Financial Analysis, but Financial Planning & Analysis)
Ø 9-10 years of total experience
Ø Global coordination/interaction with IT & Finance partners –both
Ø Direct experience with “Forecast preparation, month end close and project support for a Global organization”
Ø Strong Analytical Skills with excellent Communication
Salary we can offer is 55k/month-MAX
Pointers:
Ø 7-10 years of total experience is required
Ø The person should be very good in FP&A( Financial planning and analysis).
Ø Education- MBA in Finance from reputed college only
Ø Regular Shift
Ø Must have Very Good communication Skills
Please Note: It’s a contract position for 1 year with performance based extension.

Job Description:
1. The person in this position will provide support to IT segment budgets and to IT Finance FP&A lead managing the overall global IT budget.
2. The person will be an integral part of the IT segment management team, providing financial analysis and recommendations affecting the organization.
3. Main responsibilities include forecast preparation, month end close and project support for a global organization.
4. The candidate must be able to understand Client global IT operations and complex regional interdependencies.
5. Global coordination is required with IT and Finance partners.
6. The person will be responsible for providing business and financial guidance to a group of IT professionals with varying levels of business and financial acumen.
7. Other FP&A responsibilities include managing quarterly impairment reviews, MRL coordination and ad-hoc reporting.
8. This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, OR Business Administration with a minimum of 7-10 years’ experience.
9. The candidate must have strong Analytical and Organizational skills, ability to model and Analyze data, interact with Senior management team/Stakeholder and recognize financial implications of business plans and decisions.
10. Ideal candidate will be self-motivated, detail oriented, able to tolerate ambiguity and perform day-to-day activities effectively.
11. The individual must have good verbal, written and presentation skills,
