Are you not able to take advantage of the tutors in the LAC.  They are a great resource and are available whenever you need.

Hello,
I'm taking probably the worst teacher in CCSF history:( Anyways, I'm
looking for a tutor a couple of hours a week or so to help me with my
essays, etc. Someone who has taken English 1B course already. Please
