I'm passing along the info below regarding 4 different open houses that the City of Ottawa will be holding on transportation related issues over the month of April
 
CCC contributors have been involved in ongoing consultations on the O-Connor Street Bikeway as well as the environmental assessment for widening the Airport Parkway/Lester Rd.

Here is a summary of several public meetings on the horizon.
 
March 30/15: Confederation Line West LRT Extension - 100-Day Working Group Solution Open House  ***   5-8pm - City Hall (Jean Pigott Place) with presentation at 6:30pm.  http://ottawa.ca/en/city-hall/public-consultations/stage-2
 
April 8/15: Complete Streets Implementation Framework Open House ***  5-8pm - City Hall (Jean Pigott Place) with presentation at 6:30pm.
April 9/15: O'Connor Street Bikeway Functional Planning Study Open House *** 6:30-8:30pm - City Hall (Jean Pigott Place) with presentation at 7pm.
 
April 20, 21 & 23/15: Confederation Line Eastern LRT Extension, plus Class EA study for Ottawa Road 174/Prescott-Russell Count Road 17 Open Houses
   (April 20 at Community Pentecostal Church, 1825 St. Joseph Blvd, Orleans, 6-9pm, with presentation at 7pm
   April 21 at R.J. Kennedy Community Centre, Cumberland, 6-9pm, with presentation at 7pm
   April 23 at Clarence Creek Community Hall, Clarence Creek, 6-9pm, with presentation at 7pm.)
