Please find attached the draft minutes to the October 8, 2014 Walk Ottawa Meeting.

 

(1) In particular, note that there will be an Annual General Meeting of Walk Ottawa in late November to elect the Steering Committee. If you are interested in putting your name forward for the Steering Committee, or if you know of anybody who may be interested, please contact me (charles.akb...@ottawa.ca). If you have questions about the role, you can contact me or also ott...@gmail.com, which is monitored by current Steering Committee members.

 

We are currently looking to pin down a date, possibly in the week of November 24, 2014. Guest speakers are also being considered. This will be determined in the next couple of weeks.

 

(2) The Elgin Patio Pilot is wrapping up and staff are accepting comments until the end of November. Please see the attached notice and feel free to pass it along to anyone who may be interested.
