MAC install problem

Just installed citrus perl on OSX 10.9 and the perl -v command now works.
But when I invoke the citrus perl app I get "can't open because its from and unknown developer".
I'm aiming to get padre running, the native command line using the debugger is getting old.
Any help would be much appreciated.

[Cava Support]

Right click the Citrus Perl App icon then choose 'Open' - if you trust
the exec allow it to run when presented with the dialog.
