I am not sure how active this list is, but New Peninsula is looking to
replace our Pastoral Care Church database with a web based solution.
I currently have 4 on my list... CCB, Fellowship One and The City. I
also learned about Arena ,but I have not heard back from them yet and
I am not sure if that is hosted in the Cloud or just hosted
internally?
I am interested in feedback from anyone who has ventured down this
path. What success you have had, what you would have done differently.
We have up to 1000 people about 850 adults each week at this point. We
want the web access, but I am not sure whether to head down the Online
Community path or just a web based Administration tool that will
integrate with our public website...
Any thoughts or ideas would be great..

As you know from our phone call I'm fairly impressed with F1. A couple of other things that they do well.
- They have an iPhone app
- They have an Android app
- They have a (generic) mobile access web page
- They have excellent resources & communications (white papers, road maps, best practice docs, forums, feedback, suggestions, blogs, twitter)
With Arena, I think you have the option to either host yourself or host in the cloud.
