Q. 500 users should be launch their application from the citrix
server, when the 501 user try to launch their application in the
running server farm He got a one Error
i.e Unable to launch his application

Could you be a little specific on the error message and Citrix farm version etc? wt about licensing . I have never seen any error maessage which only say "Unable to launch this application" i

How many servers in your LMG? (Load Managed Group)
Please check load on the servers by using "qfarm /load" commnad in Command Prompt on each server to check if the servers are overloaded.

If so then you should increase the server count to support your specific application.

Please also check which server it is trying to connect when it throws this ERROR message. How many active sessions on that server..

Hope this helps to troubleshoot.
