Bayen had overseen the construction of his standing defenses, and it had gone better than even he had expected. He had organized it mostly to be defensive and location-based, with a few skilled strike forces he could meddle with but not actually do much damage. The big guns would be reserved for his full army, should he need to deploy one. Hopefully, he wouldn't need the military force he had just assembled, but better safe than sorry.
He sighed. This would be a tense time. The rumors flying about spoke of imminent warfare and invasion. Rumors weren't always true, but... Bayen had better be ready.
Summary: Bayen deploys his standing army!!! :D

Summary: First lot of Golems made. 550 mages continue to make golems
with new clay from my standing army. The rest are making magical
items for my academy.

Both my standing and full forces deploy. my standing force rallies
just outside of Damev while the full army mobilizes in the area known
as the Great Barrens. (North of Damev south of Yaskhona)
units deploy in a defensive formation as they prepare for action.

Spartistan. They will proceed with setting up defenses.

Sub commander Talith stood looking over the army which had been
assembled. It was an excellent force; her many years of military
serviced helped her see that this army would be one difficult nut to
crack. And now they were ready, everyone who had been called up had
arrived and the full force was prepared for action. And perhaps soon
they would have it. Though the commander’s plans had still yet to be
revealed one could only assume by the show of force that things were
going to get very interesting very fast.
Then the PDA at her side began to vibrate. Taking it in her had she
read the message which had just come through. Throughout the force the
other sub commanders were also receiving messages. Movement orders had
come through, the wheel had been set in motion.
Orders began to move through the camp equipment was stowed vehicles
readied to move. North circled in the sky above watching as his troops
moved like ants below, then he raised his gaze to the horizon. Perhaps
this was a mistake, oh well he wouldn’t know that until it was over.
He needed to stop worrying it would only cause him to make a mistake,
best to just do it and worry about the consequences later.

Edit: I removed and then added the deployment again because I had to
Jookoo.
move the backstory. No change has occured in my army, they are still
assembling in the aforementioned location.
