Hi Everyone,

I hope you are all well.  There are six of us in this group now – Andrina, Caroline, Julie S, Sarah, Stacey and myself.  It is so lovely to be with you all here.   I look forward to the continued sharing and support and celebration!

At this stage Caroline and myself are the owner/managers of the group – I’m happy to add anyone else who would like to have that role.  For those of you who may not be familiar with how this works, when you send an email to cito-gr...@googlegroups.com all of us receive your email.

With love,

Heike

Hi Everyone and thank you Heike!

Can you provide an overview of how this group works? I may have missed this. Also, I would love to hear from everyone how they have made CITO part of their lives. I'm currently going back and completing the homework for week six and seven. I also keep all the lessons on my ipod for refreshing every now and then.

My best,
Stacy

Hi Stacy, Hi Everyone,

I’m not sure what sort of an overview of how this group works you were after?  Do you mean technically, or what our purpose is or something else?

Warmly,

Heike

Hi Heike,

I was thinking purpose and if there would be a structure?

I think we just planned to keep in touch and share how we were doing after the course. I don't think we discussed having a structure, but sharing homework and things you are still working on from the course seems like a great way to use the group!

Let me know if I'm wrong, Heike.

Caroline

Hi,

I see it us up to us to make it whatever we would like it to be.  I saw it as an extension of the online CITO discussion forum (as I’m guessing that’s going to be closed down soon), a place where we could as you say Caroline, stay in touch and share how we are doing after the course.  However, it is totally up to us all to create whatever our hearts desire with this group.  Was there something you were hoping for Stacy?  How about others?

Warmly,

Heike

Hi Stacy and Everyone,

As for how I am keeping CITO part of my life, I purchased the Art of Love and Soulmate Summit interviews along with CITO (over 60 hours of material), so I listen to a few hours of interviews every week about love and intimacy, as well as continuing to journal about limiting beliefs and do clearing exercises and self-love exercises on a daily basis (EFT, affirmations, mirror work, Sedona Method, etc).

I have my power statements and intentions posted on the walls of my bedroom and I say them frequently and I listen to guided meditations and/or paraliminals every night, as well.  Basically I am gradually rewiring my brain to believe that I am worthy of love and capable of finding a soul mate.

:)

Andrina,

Thank you for sharing. You've motivated me to add a few additional CITO activities to my week.

My best,
Stacy
