Hi everyone,

With this email,I've officially completed all of the weekly reflections from the course. I've decided to go through the course again week by week. It will be a nice review.

Happy Labor Day,

Stacy

Reflection Questions

1.    Share about a disappointment you experienced this week and how you went from disempowered to empowered meaning. This week I was disappointed to reach the official end of summer without fulfilling on my intention to be with my future husband by the end of the summer. I was able to gain an empowering meaning that things are working out for me how they need to and that I’m still on the pathway to fulfilling my intention, even though the timeframe didn’t go as planned.

2.    What opened up for you in taking on a practice to generate the full flourishing of life and love everywhere? What did you notice you needed to let go of to show up this way? I realized how who I’m being really impacts how others show up with me. When I open up and connect others respond positively to that. In order to show up this way I had to let go of the need to look good in the eyes of others. Also I had to let go of protecting myself from getting hurt.

3.    Describe some of the actions you took based upon the inner guidance you received when listening for your next steps?  I’m still working on this. I’m getting mixed guidance so not sure which to trust.

4.    What is the higher purpose for the fulfillment of love in your life? (e.g., “The purpose for the fulfillment of love in my life is to participate in the pioneering of mutually empowering and deeply authentic unions that midwife the greater potentials of both partners into the world.”) The higher purpose of the fulfillment of love in my life is to  transform each other and the world for good.

Hi Stacy,

Congratulations on finishing the course!  Today I actually finished my last interview of the 60 additional hours of material I bought with the CITO course (Art of Love and Soulmate Summit), so I am proud of myself, too.

I like how you handled the disappointment of getting to the end of summer without meeting your soulmate--it is good to have intentions, and it's also good to be flexible about the timing of them and just trust they will come about when everything is in place.

I liked your insights about how you are showing up with others--I have noticed how different my interactions are depending on where I am centered, and if I am being needy or protective versus grounded and balanced.  And letting go of looking good is huge!  I can't be my authentic self if I always want people to approve of me, because my authentic self is not going to please everyone.

Love,
Andrina
