from Ashoka Changemakers!
Ashoka Changemakers, with the support of Google, recently launched Citizen
Media: A Global Innovation Competition. We are looking for innovative
solutions that unlock the power of information to catalyze citizenship by
boosting media access and participation around the world.
We invite you to enter your work in this field for the competition, and also help us in spreading the word among your network, encouraging others like you to enter their innovations and ideas.
The top four solutions will each win a US $5,000 prize. Top entries will also be considered for an Ashoka Fellowship—complete with a three-year living stipend, international recognition, and access to a network of systems-changing social entrepreneurs.
Two early entries (submitted by August 3rd at 5pm EDT) are each eligible for an additional US $500 prize. The final deadline for entries is September 14th.

Attached are the Guidelines and Criteria for entering the competition, along with an e-card and a guide on how to enter.
Also attached is the Entry Form in Word format. Please use this to fill your content offline before copy/pasting it on the final online form. This will ensure you have a back-up in case of Internet/computer issues.
