Hi All,

We have touched upon these two features briefly in the past. Is it worthwhile now to start building them.

1. Automatically send out notification to a field volunteer when a complain is published on the portal

2. Aggregate complains and generate notification for the governing bodies

We can discuss these in details in the call tomorrow.
