Dear Vinod, thanks for this suggestion. Much appreciated. Can I suggest that if you are able to spare a few minutes, to speak with Ram on this so he can understand the mater. Pl. send him your phone number privately. He may connect you with someone else on this (Dipinder?).

For others - if anyone is in Delhi today and can help in this regard, please also send your phone number to Ram asap - do so privately to avoid disseminating your phone number unnecessarily.
