Water in the Middle East & the Developing World.
Speakers will be Congressman Earl Blumenauer, who will address "Water
for the Poor: Confronting the Challenges of a Global Water Crisis"
and Dr. Jeff Albert, Water Resource Specialist at the Aquaya
institute in San Francisco, who will address "Freshwater scarcity and
its effect on the struggle for Arab-Israeli peace."

Oregon AIPAC event

The American Israel Public Affairs Committee is the largest pro-
Israel lobby group in the U.S. It is right wing, hard line, and
bitterly opposed to Palestinian human rights and defiant of
International law when they apply to Palestinians.

This is the 2009 Oregon State Membership Event which they describe
as "Oregon's largest gathering of Pro-Israel Community." They go on
to say "Be a part of the largest pro-Israel event in Oregon. Join
over 400 community leaders, elected officials, activists, and
students for a chance to gain deeper insight into the U.S.-Israel
