Don't let your PA Reps. block new fracking regs.
Tell your Rep. to approve new oil and gas rules!
Recently, I wrote to you about how some Pennsylvania legislators were trying to derail new rules to protect our health and environment from oil and gas related pollution. Thanks to comments from you and many others, the much needed regulations survived!
But members of the Pennsylvania House will stop at nothing make sure that industry can continue to operate with impunity. They are set to vote—possibly as early as today—on a resolution to prevent meaningful oil and gas regulations (known as Chapter 78 for conventional drilling and 78a for unconventional).
Over the course of nearly four years, we have fought hard to ensure the best possible regulations to protect clean air, clean water and our health. Now we need these rules to become the law.
The House could vote as early as today, so please don't delay!
TAKE ACTION: Tell your representatives to protect our health and environment, stop attempts to block new oil and gas regs.!
