Data visualization: politicians as branded race car drivers

Here is a fun data-vis/programming challenge for the community:

Can you incorporate OpenSecrets/MapLight data, corporate logos, and some stock photography to generate this image dynamically?

This is a novel way to display how "bought out" are our members of Congress: present them as race car drivers with company logos all over their uniform.  It is easy enough to present the logo of each funder as larger or smaller in proportion to their contribution total.  The main challenge will be how to dynamically wrap each logo around different parts of the "3D" body via a script which will effectively simulate a Photoshop blending filter.

Anyone want to take a crack at this?
